EmblemHealth has expanded our Prime network for small groups (1-100 employees) to include both the QualCare network* in New Jersey and ConnectiCare's* network in Connecticut.
This extended network is available to quote now for a July 1, 2018, effective date.
Starting July 1, members who currently have one of the following Prime network plans will have access to an extended tristate network. They'll have more convenience and access to over 130,000 providers across New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
