Please read the Certificate of Coverage or Certificate of Insurance that is part of your welcome kit. This legal document explains all the benefits, limitations and exclusions that apply to your coverage.
For members who have coverage for mental health and substance use services, please review the Behavioral Health Parity Disclosures, which provides general information about mental health and substance use services coverage and supplements the member handbook.
Please note effective January 19, 2016, the Customer Service call center hours of operation are:
- Medicare members: 8 am to 8 pm, seven days a week
- All other EmblemHealth members: 8 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays)
